Yes and court is no help.
The symptoms of parental alienation are so clear cut. An obvious sign is when a child says that they don’t want to spend time with the other parent as it is very rare that a young child wants to shut out a parent, even a parent with problems.
I couldn’t access my children … it even made my new partner, a grown man cry.
This situation occurred because in court parental alienation was not regarded and it is up to the manipulated child to say who they wanted to live with.

When you say a young child how young? My granddaughter who is 11 has expressed that she wants nothing to do with her mother, all this after a seemingly wonderful visit! Very very sad 😢💔
